Ice Skating with Shooting Star CHASE

• Middlesex County Cricket Club players took to the ice this week, as they joined senior executives, staff and volunteers of the club’s charity partner, Shooting Star CHASE, and many of the children and families who are benefitting from the charities’ ongoing support, for a fun evening of ice skating at Hampton Court Ice Rink.

  Whilst fun and games on the ice was the primary order of the day, the occasion also provided Middlesex with the perfect opportunity to make their annual cheque presentation to the charity. A number of Middlesex players duly obliged, alongside Sophie Kelly, from the club’s principal sponsor, Brooks Macdonald, presenting Shooting Star CHASE’s Chief Executive, David Burland, with a cheque for £31,863.94, which is the total sum of funds raised by the club through an array of fundraising initiatives during the calendar year to date.
