2012 Middlesex Outstanding Service to Cricket Awards
20 July 2012
On Friday 13 July 2012 the Middlesex Cricket Board held their annual OSCAs (Outstanding Service to Cricket Awards) event at Uxbridge Cricket Club.
The NatWest OSCAs gives us the chance to recognise the achievements of volunteers who give so much of their time to the game of cricket.
The Middlesex Cricket Board relies heavily on the work of volunteers in all aspects of the game and we were pleased to invite our twelve winners to watch the third day of the Middlesex v Nottinghamshire game, to receive their awards from Downton Abbey's Jim Carter, and for us to show our appreciation to them for their continued contribution to the development of cricket in the county.
We would like to thank all those that attended for making the day a great success. The winners of the seven ECB categories (Cricket Force, Building Partnerships, Leagues and Boards, Young Volunteer, Behind the Scenes, Lifetime Achievement and Officials) will now be up for an award at the National OSCAs event on behalf of Middlesex. We wish them all good luck and hope to have some county winners!
