Middlesex Cricket Board (MCB) aim to deliver a Participation Strategy that engages young people in cricket, from their first experience of playing the game at Primary school through to competitive activity within the thriving club environment in the county.
By ensuring that more young people are engaged in regular, enjoyable and sustained activity within the school environment the county aims to use cricket to promote the benefits of a healthy and active lifestyle to and develop a lifelong affinity with the sport, and the County.
Middlesex Cricket Board have a history of delivering a successful Primary school programme and as part of the 2013-2015 School Participation Strategy aim to expand this to include Secondary school delivery targeting participation in both traditional and non-traditional forms of cricket and promoting leadership skills both on and off the field.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the above strategy across the London Boroughs of Ealing, Hillingdon, Hounslow and Richmond upon Thames.
