Middlesex County Cricket Club held its annual End of Season Players' Awards Dinner on Monday 30 September in the Thomas Lord Suite at Lord's Cricket Ground. The exclusive black tie evening began with a champagne reception, followed by a three-course meal, and culminated with the season's awards, which celebrated the season's best performances of the current Middlesex squads...
Adam Rossington was first presented with the 2nd XI Championship Shield – which is shared with Lancashire, after the bad weather meant no result could be achieved in the Second XI Championship Final at Radlett CC.
Special Achievement awards were then given out to;
The Performance of the Season Award went to Ollie Rayner for his performance in the LV= County Championship match against Surrey at The Kia Oval, in which he took 15-118.
The Brooks Macdonald Player of the Month for September also went to Ollie Rayner
The John Bugden Bowling Award for the Season’s Best Bowling Performance went to Ollie Rayner
The Geoff Norris Award for the Best Batting performance of the Season went to Neil Dexter for his 90 against Surrey at the Kia Oval
Female Youth Player of the Year – Anna Nicholls
Youth Player of the Year – Max Holden
Players’ Player of the Year – Sam Robson
Female Player of the Year – Catherine Dalton
Player of the Year – Sam Robson
