The July issue of Middlesex Matters is on sale now, priced at just £2.50 for Middlesex members and £3 for non-members, and will be available to purchase from the Middlesex Shop marquee at Old Deer Park on Thursday 3 July. For those unable to make it along to Lord’s, the magazine is also available in digital e-reader format from the Middlesex online store, priced at just £1.
The magazine is in A5 format, in full colour and offers an in-depth monthly view into all things Middlesex cricket; packed full of match reports, statistics, inspiring articles, insightful interviews and much more content than we were able to deliver in the match programmes that we have produced in the past.
With the season now in full swing there’s plenty of cricketing action to bring you up to speed on from around the county, so again we’ve got a jam packed issue for you to delve into this month.
After Neil Dexter’s banterful “Behind Closed Doors” article last month, there really was only one person in the camp who could top that effort, so resident camp comedian Tim Murtagh steps up to the plate for this issue. Uxbridge Cricket Club, where we head to for the Somerset LV= CC match, have their moment in the spotlight as this month’s featured recreational club. We round up everything that’s happened on the pitch in June and we look forward to the cricket that’s coming up in July. We hear what went on when an intrepid bunch of Middlesex diehards braved the North and spent four days on the road up in Nottingham watching their beloved Middlesex in Championship action.
