Middlesex will be aiming to make home advantage count when they battle it out with Kent and Nottinghamshire for the ECB Women’s County Twenty20 Cup on finals day at the RAF Sports Ground at Vine Lane, this Sunday 3 August.
The three teams won through to the showpiece by topping their respective Division One groups after two days of competitive cricket this week.
Catherine Dalton and Sophia Dunkley made significant contributions with the bat and Maia Bouchier and Izzy Westbury were among the wickets as Middlesex pipped Sussex to top spot in Group A.
Kent bounced back from a narrow defeat against Surrey to beat their rivals the following day in a match which ultimately decided the fate of Group B.
Tammy Beaumont guided Kent home to cap off an impressive performance in round one and she, along with England colleagues Charlotte Edwards and Lydia Greenway, will be key to her county's hopes.
Nottinghamshire's path to finals day was more straightforward as they did the double over both Yorkshire and Warwickshire in Group C.
With the likes of Jenny Gunn and Danni Wyatt in their line-up, they will feel confident of ending the competition with a 100 per cent record and a piece of silverware.
Finals Day takes place at RAF Vine Lane, Hillingdon, Uxbridge, UB10 0BU, with the first of three matches starting at 10.30am. It's FREE ENTRY for all, so go along and support the Middlesex Women!
