Information for members regarding priority International ticket ballot forms

over 7 years ago|Uncategorised

A reminder to all Middlesex members that this is the time of year that you should be considering taking advantage of your Middlesex members' right to apply for priority access to tickets to the International matches at Lord's Cricket Ground in 2017!

The process for members to apply for priority access to international tickets is as follows;

Step 1: Send a self addressed and stamped A4 envelope (with large letter stamp), with your valid membership number written on it, to Middlesex CCC, Lord's Cricket Ground, St John's Wood, London, NW8 8QN.

Step 2: When we receive your SAE we will hold this on file until we receive the priority ballot forms from MCC

Step 3: When we receive the ballot forms from MCC (expected to be towards the end of November) we will send a form to you in the SAE you've provided, and also a pre-paid envelope for you to send the form back to the ticket office.

Step 4: When you receive the form from us, complete it with your ticket request and send it back to MCC ticket office in the pre-paid envelope provided.

Step 5: Wait to hear from MCC regarding your allocation of tickets for 2017.

We guarantee that we will send ballot forms out in every envelope we receive with the correct postage, although unfortunately some envelopes do get lost in the post, either coming to us or when they are sent out with the forms. We are sorry if this happens, but unfortunately we have no control over the efficiency of the Royal Mail.

If you would prefer to come into the office and collect a ballot form in person, you can do this once the forms are in, expected to be towards the end of November, and you can then fill it in and take it straight to the MCC Ticket Office here at Lord's.
