The 2017 Champion County match will be available to watch live on the Middlesex Cricket website via a stream on the Lord's YouTube channel.

The four-day match, which begins on Sunday 26 March, will pit 2016 Specsavers County Champions Middlesex Cricket against an MCC team featuring Liam Plunkett and Ben Duckett.

The Lord’s YouTube Channel broadcast will also include commentary from BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra.

Middlesex head to Abu Dhabi having just completed their pre-season tour in Dubai, where they've taken part in two tour matches against Essex and Durham. They head into the match on the back of a 63 run victory today against Durham.

This will be Middlesex’s first involvement in the Champion County fixture in its current format, having won the County Championship for the first time in 23 years on that incredible day last September at Lord's against Yorkshire.

The fixture will be played with a pink Dukes ball in day/night conditions.

It has been played in Abu Dhabi under the MCC Spirit of Cricket banner since 2009, and is the four-day annual curtain raiser for the English county season.
