Middlesex and Somerset played out the final day of their Specsavers County Championship clash under grey skies at Lord's, as both sides settled for a draw. Middlesex resumed their first innings on the final morning on 311 for 7 and were eventually dismissed by Somerset for 358, trailing by 85. Somerset's second innings yielded 161 for 3 before both captain's shook hands on the draw. Middlesex took 10 points from the clash and Somerset 11.
