Middlesex Cricket is extremely grateful to St Albans Cathedral and the Cathedral Consort, conducted by Andrew Lucas, the Master of Music, with organist Tom Winpenny, for allowing us to make this recording for the exclusive benefit of our members.
We would welcome all members to get in the festive mood, pop some mice pies in the oven, don your Christmas jumpers, join in for a sign-along, or simply enjoy listening to the wonderful choir performing exclusively for your enjoyment.
The service includes a welcome from Middlesex Chairman, Mike O’Farrell and Christmas readings and poems from Middlesex Board Director and Chair of the Membership Committee, Marilyn Smith, legendary Middlesex and Ireland seamer, Tim Murtagh, and Middlesex and England paceman, Norman Cowans.
