Recently, the Club held a Special General Meeting, in the Thomas Lord Suite at Lord’s, to have an open discussion with members and to vote on three resolutions – all relating to the England and Wales Cricket Board’s current review into the Professional County Cricket domestic playing structure from 2026 onwards.
The SGM had been called in answer to a petition by just over 100 members of Middlesex, who had put forward two resolutions for the members to vote on at the SGM. A third resolution was added by the Club’s Board, which like the first two resolutions, was also voted on at the meeting.
At the meeting, the Chair gave assurances to members that the following documents would be made available on the website to members to view in due course, as a follow up to the SGM:
We are pleased to now make all these documents available to members, with links to each of them below.

Our thanks again go to all those members who either joined us at Lord’s in person recently, or joined to watch the online stream, for taking part in this important part of our ongoing consultation process with members. We will ensure members are kept up to date on any important further developments as they happen.
