President

Biography

Mark Ramprakash succeeds Mike Selvey as Middlesex President.

Ramprakash starred as a Middlesex player for fourteen seasons, making his debut as a seventeen-year-old in 1987, and went on to hit over 15,000 First-Class runs for the Club, one of only seventeen players to do so, before leaving in 2000 with a phenomenal batting average of 50.48 in the long form of the game.

He amassed an incredible 46 First-Class centuries and 73 half-centuries for the Club in 211 appearances, with nineteen centuries hit at the Home of Cricket. In addition, he added a further 7,445 List-A runs as a Middlesex player, the fourth highest total of any player in the limited overs cricket in the Club’s history.
