Middlesex County Cricket Club have taken delivery of two BOLA Juniors to help all young cricketers in the county to improve their batting and fielding skills. The BOLA juniors will be a part of Middlesex’s new participation activation, the Run Machine. The Run Machine will aim to reach enough children in 2019 to fill Lord’s and encourage them to participate in and further understand cricket through the campaign, Middlesex Moves.
BOLA Junior has been designed to enable juniors to practice in the same way as their senior counterparts by bringing tireless accurate bowling for endless hours of batting practice and fun.
Like the senior machines the BOLA Junior has two ball throwing wheels for realistic bounce and swing, it’s light too weighing in at only 8 kg making it easy to carry and can be ready for action in just a few minutes.
BOLA Junior bowls a specially made 3oz dimpled ball which can be delivered at speeds up to 65 mph, and features a “Selectable Electronic Random Mode” will provide variation of speed (which varies length) at random to ensure high quality and accurate bowling for all practice situations.
To see the BOLA Junior in action, watch as James Taylor former England International Cricketer introduces the machine and puts some young players through their paces at nets.
The BOLA Junior brings the quality and design expertise of the BOLA brand to the junior cricket practice market providing tried and tested BOLA technology at an entry level price.
