On a Middlesex CCC Academy training evening, up at the Academy in Finchley, the club's Media Manager, Steve Fletcher, went along to do some media training with Middlesex's next crop of stars.
Whilst there he filmed some of the youngsters in action as they were put through their paces, and caught up with the club's Academy Director, Alan Coleman, to see how things were progressing with this year's crop of talent.
