We strongly recommend that you propose an address where there will always be someone present to sign for the delivery (such as a work address).
We try to deliver all goods within seven working days of the order being placed unless you are notified of any delay at the time of making your order.

We want you to enjoy your shopping experience every time you order from Middlesex County Cricket Club’s Online Store. However, there may be times when the goods you order are not exactly what you wanted or expected. We are happy to accept the return of goods if they are unused and in their original packaging and condition. If you return goods within fifteen working days of receipt, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.
We will refund the delivery charges only if the goods are:
Goods returned in an unacceptable condition may be refused or a re-stocking fee applied.
Please inspect the goods as soon as you receive them; damaged or defective goods should be returned within fifteen working days of receipt. At our discretion, we will replace the goods or refund the purchase price.
You must notify us that you will be returning goods, (within fifteen working days of receipt of the goods) by calling The Middlesex Shop on 020 7289 1300.

In the case of damaged or defective goods, please provide a full description of the problem. This will ensure we can process your return as quickly as possible. All goods must be returned in their original packaging, together with the delivery note. In the case of damaged goods, if the packaging itself is damaged, please include this packaging with the returned goods. Please remember to:
Parcels being returned remain your responsibility until we safely receive them. Therefore, we recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel. If, because of bad weather conditions at the Ground on the day for which this ticket is valid, play does not take place, or is restricted to 5 overs or less for Vitality Blast tickets or 10 overs or less for Royal London One-Day Cup tickets, with no result being obtained, a full refund of the face value of the ticket is available.
No refunds are available for tickets purchased on the gate on the day of a match or for any Season Tickets purchased.
ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A £1.00 ADMINISTRATION CHARGE.
To obtain a refund send your ticket(s), along with your name and address, to the Middlesex CCC Office, Lord’s Cricket Ground, London, NW8 8QN no later than 28 days after the match. Please allow 30 days from the receipt of your claim for your refund cheque to be issued.
This ticket is issued subject to the bearer abiding by the Ground Regulations, copies of which are displayed at the entrances.
No alcohol may be bought into the ground for NatWest T20 Blast matches held at Middlesex’s out-grounds, including Old Deer Park, Richmond CC, Uxbridge CC, Radlett CC, Merchant Taylors’ School.
Under 15s must be accompanied by an adult.
