Middlesex CCC Player Injury Update

With several of Middlesex's players currently injured, here is the status with those injuries and the expected timelines for recovery for the players involved.

JAMES FULLER - Sustained a lift side strain during the recent Royal London One-Day Cup match against Somerset at Taunton. James is expected to be out injured for a minimum period of three weeks.

PAUL STIRLING - Sustained a minor strain to the ligaments in his right shoulder. Underwent a fitness test yesterday ahead of the T20 match versus Essex which resulted in him not being able to play and will face a further fitness test ahead of Sunday's Royal London One-Day Cup clash against Essex.

EOIN MORGAN - Chipped a bone in his right little finger during the recent Royal London One-Day Cup match against Somerset at Taunton. Out of action for at least another week, when he will be assessed, and if the injury has healed well, Eoin will be able to start batting in the nets again.

TOM HELM - Tore ankle ligaments in the Royal London One-Day Cup match at Hove in mid-June. Tom is recovering well and is now out of his support boot, is walking and is fully weight bearing. He is back in the gym and is on schedule for a full recovery from the injury in October.

RAVI PATEL - After a period of five to six weeks out through injury with a thigh strain Ravi Patel has recovered to full fitness and is available for selection.
