WATCH & LISTEN: Middlesex v Surrey Day Three SCC

On a third day of Middlesex's County Championship clash with Surrey at Lord's, which ebbed and flowed, Surrey came out in the ascendancy, after recovering from a scare in their second innings. Middlesex resumed the day at the crease on 249 for 5, hoping to close the gap on Surrey's first innings total of 415, however a devastating spell by Sam Curran with the ball put an end to those hopes as the hosts were dismissed for 293, with Curran finishing with figures of 4 for 60. Surrey's second innings was in danger of falling apart at 108 for 6 before Curran again and Ben Foakes came to the visitors rescue, putting on an unbeaten partnership of 126 to see Surrey to 234 for 6 at the close of day 3, in a strong position, leading Middlesex by 356 runs.

Head Coach Richard Scott chats to us at the close of play and summarises day three and the state of the game going into the final day's play on Sunday at Lord's.
