MIDDLESEX CRICKET TO MARK THE PASSING OF JT MURRAY AT LORD'S THIS EVENING

over 5 years ago | Player

Following the terribly sad news that one of Middlesex's finest ever cricketers, JT Murray, passed away earlier this week, Middlesex Cricket will be paying their respects to one of the club's greats at this evening's Vitality Blast match against Hampshire at Lord's.

The Middlesex flag on the Lord's Pavilion will fly at half-mast throughout the day and this evening, the Middlesex players will all wear black arm-bands for tonight's game, and JT Murray's career statistics will be read out over the public address system during the interval and the crowd will be encouraged to join in a round of applause as a mark of respect to honour the Middlesex career of one of the games' best ever wicket-keeper batsmen.
