FELIX PROJECT PRESENTED WITH FUNDRAISING CHEQUE TODAY

FELIX PROJECT PRESENTED WITH FUNDRAISING CHEQUE DURING LUNCH INTERVAL TODAY

Middlesex Cricket was today delighted to present its charity partner, The Felix Project, with a cheque for £39,650.00, which has been raised by the club over the last two years.

Funds have been raised through donations, auctions and raffles at a number of Middlesex's club events, through donations from the public at Middlesex's T20 matches and through donations made by the playing squad, from their Player of the Month prize monies.

At Lord's to receive the presentation cheque were Jane Byam-Shaw and Dan Byam-Shaw from The Felix Project, who were gifted the cheque during the lunch interval today in front of the Lord's Pavilion by Middlesex's Chairman Mike O'Farrell and President Mike Selvey.

The Felix Project collects good quality food from an array of leading suppliers around London and redistributes it to charities helping those in need. Put simply, The Felix Project, is saving food and changing lives.

Our thanks goes to everyone who has kindly donated towards supporting The Felix Project over the last two years. Your ongoing support is hugely appreciated by both Middlesex Cricket and the charity themselves.
