FOUR MIDDLESEX YOUNGSTERS CALLED-UP TO ECB SUPER FOURS
Middlesex Cricket would like to congratulate four young cricketers, who this week were named to take part in the annual ECB Under 17's Super Fours competition, taking place next week in Loughborough.
Blake Cullen, Josh de Caires, Atharva Prasad and Toby Greatwood all received call-ups and will represent the London and East side in the competition taking place between the 19th and 24th August 2019.
The week-long tournament, which forms part of England Cricket's Young Lions programme, will see the London and East side pitched against regional representative sides from the North, the South West and the Midlands.
Rory Coutts, Head of Youth Cricket for Middlesex, commented:
"Congratulations to Atharva, Blake, Josh and Toby who have been selected in the London and East Under 17 side to play in the Super 4’s competition at Loughborough.
"It is an special
achievement to be recognised and selected from across the region and we wish
them all the best for what should be a great experience and some challenging
cricket."
