NOTICE OF 156TH MIDDLESEX CRICKET ONLINE VIRTUAL AGM

156TH MIDDLESEX CRICKET AGM TO BE RECONVENED AS AN ONLINE VIRTUAL MEETING ON 25TH JUNE 2020

The 156th Annual General Meeting of the Club due to have been held on Tuesday 7 April 2020 will be resumed on Thursday 25th June at 6pm, virtually over the Club's Members’ Online Hub.

In view of the Social Distancing requirements in place due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Members are not permitted to attend the meeting in person, but rather are invited to attend via the Members' Online Hub. Details of how to view the meeting will be emailed to Members on 25th June at 6pm and will also be available to watch at members' leisure in the Members' Hub from this time.

At the meeting, the Chairman will report on the Club's activities and governance and our Treasurer will present the accounts. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to ask questions live at the meeting or to conduct votes online. We would therefore ask that every member completes their proxy vote.

Those members who have provided us with an email have been sent the notice, agenda, and details of how to vote by proxy. Those members without an email will receive a letter, with instructions on how to vote by proxy via an online voting platform.

Questions on the business to be transacted at the meeting may be submitted in writing to our Chief Executive, Richard Goatley by email to [email protected] by no later than 4pm on Monday 22 June.
