MIDDLESEX'S VITALITY BLAST 2020 FIXTURES ANNOUNCED

2020 VITALITY BLAST SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED

Middlesex's Vitality Blast campaign will kick off against reigning champions Essex at Chelmsford on Thursday 27th August, before we return to Lord's on Saturday 29th August, for the first of all five home Blast matches being played at the Home of Cricket.

The schedule will again, like the Bob Willis Trophy, see Middlesex pitched in a hotly contested regionalised South Group, going up against Surrey, Essex, Kent, Sussex and Hampshire - with all sides playing each opponent both home and away, to complete ten group stage games, ahead of the quarter final stage of the competition.

The Blast quarter finals will all be competed on Thursday 1st October, with Finals Day on Saturday 3rd October - held in the usual format of two semi-finals and the final at Edgbaston.

Middlesex have one Sky televised fixture, against Surrey at the Oval on 5th September.

All Vitality Blast matches in the 2020 Group stages will be played behind closed doors.

Middlesex will be live streaming all Blast matches in 2020 from Lord's, so whilst regrettably fans will be unable to join us live, we will be bringing the action to our members and fans at home.

Today's fixture announcement from the ECB also confirmed that the Bob Willis Trophy final will be competed at Lord's, between 23rd and 26th September 2020.
