IMPORTANT MEMBER INFORMATION AHEAD OF WORCESTERSHIRE CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH

INFORMATION FOR MEMBERS ATTENDING THE MIDDLESEX VS WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH THIS WEEK

All members should be aware of some changes to restrictions that have been in place at Lord's at recent games regarding access to the Lord's Pavilion.

We are delighted to advise members that they will be now able to access the Long Room and Long Room Bar for our forthcoming County Championship match against Worcestershire, starting on Sunday.

Following the recent match against Derbyshire at Lord's, Middlesex have been working with MCC to accommodate proposals to re-configure the dressing room and catering facilities for the players and match officials to enable other areas of the Pavilion to be open and available to members.

These proposals rely on the co-operation of everyone at the Ground on the day and it is important that Members respond appropriately to any instructions from the Lord's stewards, including to limit access to a particular area (or even to the Pavilion itself in the event of overcrowding). We are not yet quite back to normal, but these changes certainly represent a significant improvement.

Whilst there are still some restrictions in place, including a designated zoned off Players and Match Official Area only, the capacity of seating available within the Pavilion has been greatly increased, as have food and beverage facilities for members, which is great news to be able to bring you.

Members can access the Pavilion on presentation of their valid 2021 membership card, and can also sign one guest into the Pavilion with them.

Members who have a valid 2021 Season Guest Pass as part of their 2020 loyalty rewards can use this to also admit a guest to this match, and they can sign this guest into the Pavilion with them, although please note that season guest passes are only valid when used in the presence of the host member.

Members who do not have a Season Guest Pass who wish to bring a Guest with them to the match must purchase an e-ticket for the match for their guest from the Lord's ticket website here.

Members' guests who have purchased an e-ticket to enter the ground will be able to use this in the presence of a member to be signed into the Lord's Pavilion.

All other non-members must purchase an e-ticket to attend the fixture from the Lord's ticket website here, as with Lord's now being a 'cashless' venue, no tickets are being sold on the gate on matchdays.

If you are unable to purchase e-tickets online, then please call the MCC Ticket Office on 0207 432 1000 to purchase tickets over the phone (open 10am-4.30pm). Tickets purchased over the phone can either be emailed to customers as e-tickets, or held at a specified gate for collection on the day.

We are delighted to also inform visiting members from Worcestershire County Cricket Club that they too will also be able to access the Lord's Pavilion, on presentation of a valid 2021 membership card.

The Long Room, Long Room Bar, Bowlers Bar and Members Bar are all expected to be open throughout the match, with normal service resumed.

We very much look forward to seeing as many members as possible at Lord's for our final home County Championship match of the season.
