SEVEN MIDDLESEX PLAYERS RETAINED FOR SECOND YEAR OF THE HUNDRED

Today the England and Wales Cricket Board announced which players had been retained in this year's Hundred, with seven of Middlesex's stars retaining their places for the second year of the competition.

In the Men's competition. Eoin Morgan will once again lead out the Lord's based London Spirit side. and he is joined by young Middlesex pace sensation Blake Cullen, who impressed so much with the ball for Spirit last summer in the competition's inaugural year.

Leg spinner Nathan Sowter retains his place with the Oval Invincibles and big hitting John Simpson is retained by Northern Superchargers after his heroics with the bat last summer.

In the Women's competition, Middlesex Women's Amara Carr and Naomi Dattani both retain their places in Heather Knight's London Spirit side, whilst Cordelia Griffith will once again wear the colours of the Manchester Originals.

With the Hundred Draft scheduled for March 30th, there could well yet be some further additions to the Hundred ranks, but with seven of our players already named, make sure you take advantage of the Members' Priority Window which opened today for all London Spirit matches.
