MIDDLESEX CRICKET TO HOST CAR PARK CRICKET EVENT AT HOUNSLOW MOSQUE

On Wednesday 26th October, during the half-term week, between 10am and 1pm, Middlesex Cricket in association with UK Asian Business Council (UKABC) and Hounslow Jamia Masjid and Islamic Centre will be hosting a special community event - Car Park Cricket - as part of the Club’s ongoing Connecting Communities campaign.

This special event is being held in the car park of the Hounslow Jamia Masjid and Islamic Centre - the largest purpose-built mosque in West London, and it promises to be a fun morning for all the family.

Middlesex Cricket’s Participation team will be hosting the event and they will be joined by members of the Middlesex men’s professional playing squad, Women’s squad, and Disability Squads with plenty of cricket activation zones available for participants to hone their cricketing skills and plenty of fun cricket matches to get involved in. Keep an eye out for the Nike giveaways too!

Middlesex’s Connecting Communities campaign was launched earlier this summer, and the Car Park Cricket session in Hounslow is one of a number of dedicated events that Middlesex Cricket will be hosting across the county to help engage the many communities that Middlesex comprises – using cricket as a tool to unite Londoners and open the game up to the next generation of cricket lovers. If you’re interested in joining us for a morning of action and fun, please complete the registration from HERE and don’t forget to bring the whole family!

We very much look forward to seeing as many of the local community as possible on the day.
