ISHARES BY BLACKROCK RENEW DIGITAL SPONSORSHIP OF MIDDLESEX

iSHARES BY BLACKROCK RENEWS OFFICIAL DIGITAL PARTNERSHIP WITH MIDDLESEX AND SUNRISERS

We are thrilled to announce that iShares by BlackRock have renewed their partnership with Middlesex Cricket and Sunrisers, extending their support of both Clubs into a second year as the Official Digital Partner across T20 fixtures for 2023.

The partnership, grounded on providing opportunities, goes far beyond branding on both Sunrisers and Middlesex’s Vitality Blast playing shirts, as iShares will be supporting the development of the game at the grassroots level. As part of Middlesex Cricket’s commitment to reducing costs for pathways players, iShares bursary fund will directly support fifty per cent of the players within our pathway.

As the Club’s Official Digital Partner, the iShares logo will headline feature Middlesex’s T20 digital and live stream over the coming summer months, whilst adorning several pitch side advertising boards at the home of cricket, Lord’s.

Speaking of iShares’ continues support with the Club, Middlesex’s Senior Commercial Manager, Imogen Gilliar, commented:

“We are absolutely delighted to have secured the support of iShares by BlackRock for a second year as our Official Digital Partner.

We are proud of our joint commitment to provide opportunities to young cricketers, generating a genuine impact in the development of the game across Middlesex. We look forward to activating our partnership in 2023, and enhance our already market leading live stream.”

Josh Dibbens, Head of UK, Middle East & Africa Marketing commented:

“After an exciting 2022 season, we are delighted to once again partner with Middlesex Cricket and Sunrisers as the Official Digital T20 partner. ETF investors are passionate about cricket and this sponsorship allows iShares to further grow its brand within the UK while also providing financial assistance to players in need of financial support within the Middlesex youth player pathway through our cricket bursaries scheme.”
