UNCHANGED 14-MAN SQUAD HEADS TO BRISTOL FOR NEXT VITALITY BLAST CLASH

Middlesex name an unchanged squad to travel to the Seat Unique Stadium in Bristol to take on Gloucestershire tomorrow afternoon in the Vitality Blast.

They head there off the back of a chastening defeat at the hands of Somerset, who maintained their one hundred percent winning record in the competition, by securing a comprehensive nine wicket win against the Seaxes last night.

Middlesex will need to dust themselves off and bounce back against Gloucestershire tomorrow, against a side that they should have beaten last week at Merchant Taylors’ School, however lost out in agonising fashion, failing to get over the winning line and going down by 2 runs.

It was the closest Middlesex have come to securing a win in this year’s campaign, and they’ll look back on it as a real missed opportunity, however they’ll be hoping that tomorrow presents another opportunity to finally get this year’s campaign up and running.

Gloucestershire will come into this one in high spirits however, having upset the odds last night when overturning Surrey by two wickets in Bristol, and they’ll be hoping that this can kick-start their own campaign, with this and the win over Middlesex being their only successes to-date.

Middlesex’s 14-man squad for tomorrow’s clash is as follows:
