MITC HOLDS FUNDRAISER AT VINNY & TED'S BAR IN CHALFONT-ST-PETER

MIDDLESEX IN THE COMMUNITY HOLDS SUCCESSFUL EVENING OF FUNDRAISING AT VINNY & TED'S CRAFT ALE BAR IN CHALFONT-ST-PETER

Middlesex CCC President Mark Ramprakash was the star of the show last week as Middlesex In The Community visited Chalfont St Peter to run a successful Fund Raising event at Vinny and Ted’s, a fantastic local Craft Ale bar.

Ramprakash was initially interviewed about his outstanding career in cricket and his success on BBC's Strictly Come Dancing by his old Middlesex team mate Angus Fraser, before the questioning was opened to those in attendance.

More than 55 locals squeezed into the homely bar and had a thoroughly enjoyable evening as Ramprakash spoke openly of his days as a Middlesex, Surrey and England batter, and how his family convinced him to give ‘Strictly’ a go.

The evening raised almost £2,000 for the Club's charitable foundation - money that will be used to support cricket related programmes within the county of Middlesex.

All at Middlesex in the Community would like to thank Vinny and Ted’s and the residents of Chalfont St Peter for their support, and we hope to repeat an evening like this again.
