WE APOLOGISE FOR INTERRUPTIONS CAUSED BY ALLEN STAND WORKS

ALLEN STAND REDEVELOPMENT | MIDDLESEX ROOM

We would like to apologise most sincerely for the inconvenience caused to members as a result of the redevelopment work that has begun on the Allen Stand.

Disappointingly, we have been unable to secure a suitable replacement venue for the Middlesex Room throughout this current County Championship match with Derbyshire, however are working with our partners at MCC to resolve this problem for the final home game of the season against Gloucestershire.

We fully appreciate how valued the Middlesex Room is to our members, and we understand how its absence has impacted on your experience at Lord's over the course of this game. Please be assured that we are actively working on identifying a suitable alternative room at the Ground for members to enjoy for our next home match.

We are also aware of some issues regarding the bar in the Warner Stand, and again can only apologise for any inconvenience this has caused to our members. The issue with the draught beer is due to a technical fault affecting the entire stand, and unfortunately, it is currently beyond our direct control. However, this has been raised with MCC, who manage the operations within the stand, and we are hopeful that a solution will be found. In the meantime, members have been granted a 20% discount in all public bars as a temporary measure to help offset the inconvenience.

We remain committed to providing a high-quality experience for all our members, and again can only apologise for the inconvenience these issues have caused.

Please accept our thanks to those members who have reached out to us to make us aware of your disappointment. Your feedback is genuinely appreciated and taken on board.
