JAMIE FELDMAN SIGNS CONTRACT EXTENSION UNTIL AT LEAST END OF 2027

Middlesex Cricket is today delighted to announce that right-arm fast bowler, Jamie Feldman, has signed a new contract extension that will see him remain at the Club until at least the end of the 2027 season.

Feldman, 18, made his Middlesex debut in July during the Club’s Vitality Blast campaign and featured in the Metro Bank One-Day Cup the following month.

His best figures of 2/36 came against Sussex Sharks on his One-Day Cup debut, which was also his first professional appearance at Lord’s. This beat the 2/40 he took in his only Blast appearance against Glamorgan.

Following a successful trial period at the Club, he first featured for the Under-18s during the 2024 season.

Earlier this week it was announced that Feldman will travel to the Caribbean in November with England Under-19s, where they will play Youth One-Day Internationals against USA and West Indies in St Vincent.

Speaking of his contract extension, Feldman said:

“I’m very excited to have signed my extension.

“I feel very honoured and lucky to be able to continue playing for this great Club and working with all the great coaches who have helped me get to where I am.”

Middlesex’s Director of Cricket, Alan Coleman, added:

“We are delighted to see Jamie commit to at least another two summers here at Middlesex.

“He is another exciting young prospect who has a high ceiling. His performances in white-ball cricket this season gave people a glimpse of what to expect in the years to come.

“Jamie’s journey into county cricket is an extraordinary one and shows that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. Today’s news is testament to his hard work and drive as well as the support of everyone at Ealing Cricket Club.”
