Middlesex Cricket can today announce its disability fixtures for the 2026 season, with the D40 First Eleven, D40 Second Eleven and Super 9s all in action once again.
The Club’s D40 First Eleven will once again compete in the Quest League, whilst the D40 Second Eleven will play in the Pursuit League and the Super 9s will be in regional action.
First up for the D40 First Eleven is a trip to Hampshire on 3rd May before welcoming Surrey north of the River Thames. They will then play the reverse fixtures against these opponents before finishing the group phase with a home encounter against Sussex and a trip to Essex on 2nd August.
For the D40 Second Eleven, they begin their campaign at home to Surrey on 10th May and Hampshire two weeks later. Their first away trip is to Sussex on 7th June. Essex and Surrey are the opponents in July before the side travels to Hampshire in early August.
In a change to the Super 9s competition in 2026, there will be no national title and instead the five regions will have winners, with each to receive medals and a trophy.
Middlesex Super 9s will compete in Group E alongside Essex, Herts & Essex, Kent and Surrey.
They begin their campaign at home to Kent on 3rd May before the reverse fixture a fortnight later. In June, the side will face Essex at home before travelling to play Herts & Essex team. A home match against Surrey follows before their competition concludes with a trip to Essex on 26th July.
2026 promises to be another excellent year of disability cricket and all three sides will be hoping to clinch silverware as our programme continues to go from strength to strength.
