The Rothesay County Championship returns this weekend as Middlesex make the trip to New Road to take on Worcestershire.
Men’s Head Coach Peter Fulton has named a squad of 13 for this one, with Tom Helm returning to the red-ball squad for the first time since our trip to Northamptonshire in the third round of the campaign.
Joe Cracknell has recovered from the finger injury he sustained at Old Trafford and will keep wicket this weekend.
Noah Cornwell features in a red-ball squad for the first time this season; the left-arm quick has impressed recently in the first block of the Vitality Blast, which earned him a call-up to England Lions. Also returning from Lions duty is Caleb Falconer.
Both sides sit on 71 points in the Division Two table, with Middlesex in seventh place and Worcestershire in sixth; however, just six points separate Middlesex from third place in the division.
Middlesex will be looking for revenge after Worcestershire won the reverse fixture at Lord’s earlier in the season.
