Middlesex County Cricket League club Shepherds Bush CC have qualified for the semi-finals of the ECB National Club Championship with a four-wicket victory over Teddington CC.
Shepherds Bush qualified out of Group 11 in the draw, defeating Finchley, Banbury and East Molesey. The first round of the National stage saw Shepherds Bush overcome 2021 champions Bath in a thrilling fixture in the South-West. A five-fer in the first innings from Chinmay Mullapudi and an unbeaten 110 from wicketkeeper-batter Fin Tremouth helped to see their side over the line.
Shepherds Bush dismissed Teddington for 199 on Sunday, with Ramon Bailey (4/36) and Chinmay Mullapudi (3/25) the pick of the bowlers. A number of excellent partnerships and a half-century from Marcus Howard led Shepherds Bush to victory, completing the chase in the final over.

Fin Tremouth leads the run charts in the competition for Shepherds Bush with 211 at an average of 70.33. Henry Blofeld leads the wicket-takers with 12 at an average of 12.75.
Shepherds Bush will travel to either Sutton CC or Sawston & Babraham CC 23rd August for their semi-final tie. Should they win that, they will play in the final at Wormsley Cricket Ground on 13th September, where they would look to become the first Middlesex side to lift the trophy since Teddington in 1991.
