Will leads the global expansion of the NFL's social impact, including oversight of NFL Foundation UK - the NFL's first international charity.
He is also responsible for expanding the growth of NFL Flag in the UK & Ireland and increasing the NFL's connectivity across Government & other relevant stakeholders. Prior to joining the NFL in 2019, Will was Director of Arsenal FC’s charity, The Arsenal Foundation and before that, Global Development Manager for Laureus Sport for Good. In January 2024, he was appointed Chair of Middlesex in the Community, the charitable arm of Middlesex Cricket.
