Job Title: Community Coach
Reports to: Partnership Manager (National Programmes)
Location: Middlesex Indoor Cricket School, West Middlesex Boroughs (Richmond, Hounslow, Hillingdon, Brent) and the rest of Middlesex as required
Contract Term: 1 year fixed term, Full Time
Salary: £22,500
Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a Community Coach to join our team. You will be part of the Middlesex in the Community team who work in one of the most vibrant cities in the world, London! We deliver participation focused cricket, working with local schools, youth groups, community engagement programmes and charities to allow everyone to take part in the game in . We are a charity that embraces difference, pushes the boundaries on what can be achieved and wants to lead on the world stage. We believe in the power of sport, in its ability to unify communities, develop people and improve environments so that everyone can take part and thrive in cricket!
Middlesex in the Community covers delivery in 17 of the London Metropolitan Boroughs.
Principal responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:

The employee’s normal working days will be Monday-Friday and will normally be expected to complete at least 35 hours in a week. Due to the nature of the work involved in this position, the employee may also be required to work some evenings and possibly weekends. The post holder will be required to carry out their duties at such times and on such days that are the most effective to perform the responsibilities of the position.
