Title: Head of Marketing & Brand

Direct Reports: Senior Communications Executive, Digital Content Executive (and other relevant staff/contractors)

Contract: Full-time

Role Purpose

The Head of Marketing & Brand is responsible for leading the organisation’s marketing, communications, and brand strategy for Middlesex County Cricket Club and Middlesex in the Community. This role ensures that the club’s reputation, profile, and commercial objectives are maximised through engaging storytelling, innovative marketing campaigns, and consistent brand positioning. The postholder will oversee all aspects of media relations, content creation, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the club’s vision, values, and long-term strategy.
