About Eastcote CC

ECC run three Saturday senior sides in the Middlesex County Cricket League and a fourth in the Thames Valley Cricket League. We have a thriving junior section comprised of over 400 boys and girls with an excellent track record of producing talent that goes on to play for all our senior sides including the First Eleven. We also have a number of players who have represented Middlesex, other counties and also at international level. We have a very successful record at both Under 19 and the MDL competitions. Following our First Eleven and Third Eleven teams recent promotions, we are looking to build upon and strengthen the cricket side of ECC to be able to compete at the higher levels and continue our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead senior winter indoor training (one evening a week, January – March).
• Plan and lead senior summer training (every Tuesday & Thursday evening, April – September).
• Support, mentor and assist all senior team captains with advice and guidance.
• Lead senior cricket related communications regarding training, standards, attitude, selection.
• Manage, develop and support ECC senior players.
• Collaborate with the existing Director of Junior Cricket and senior captains to ensure clear pathways for junior players into senior teams.
• Be proactive in putting performance improvement plans in place for juniors playing senior cricket.

About You

• ECB Level 2 Coaching Qualification minimum requirement.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.

In Addition

• Availability to play on a Saturday is not a requirement but a player coach role could be discussed.
• We have a thriving junior section of over 400 boys and girls so there is an excellent opportunity to earn additional revenue through assisting with junior squad coaching, 1-2-1s and at junior summer camps.
• Player recruitment and promotion of Eastcote CC.

Salary to be discussed depending on experience and coaching qualifications.
