Mark’s first full year in a Middlesex shirt was a memorable one as the former England opener scored in excess of 1,000 runs in the LV= Insurance County Championship. Averaging just a touch under 50, he scored three centuries and a further four half-centuries. The 35-year-old will bring a wealth of experience having played Division One cricket for Durham and Surrey in the past.
